Help center

Get back to the puzzle quickly.

This guide covers the controls shared across Snapoki, what changes between Regular Play and Daily Challenge, how ranking eligibility works, and what to try if a board does not behave as expected.

Starting a puzzle

Choose Easy, Medium or Hard from the left panel, then choose Regular Play or Daily Challenge above the board. New Puzzle creates a fresh board at the current difficulty. Reset Puzzle returns the current board to its starting state.

Hints and Solutions

Hint reveals a limited next action. A hinted run can still be ranked, but hints reduce the reward available for that finish.

Solution or Guide opens a full practice aid. Once used, that attempt stays practice-only even if the guide is hidden. Start a New Puzzle to return to ranked play.

Game controls

Echo Step

Move YOU. Echo repeats each move after the delay shown above the board.

Maze

On touch, briefly hold the purple marker to grab it, then drag in any direction. Release to stop. Mouse can drag or click; keyboard uses Arrow / WASD.

Number Path

Build one continuous path through orthogonally adjacent open cells.

Color Connect

Drag from one colored endpoint to its matching endpoint.

Lights Out

Tap a light to toggle it plus its up, down, left and right neighbors.

Loop Puzzle

Tap grid edges to build one continuous loop.

Bridges

Tap an island, then a glowing island to add one bridge. Repeat the same pair for a double bridge. Tap an existing bridge to remove one.

Why am I shown as Guest or Unranked?

Guest puzzles are never submitted to Rankings. Sign in first, then start a new puzzle so the server can issue an account-bound ranked attempt. If verification is temporarily unavailable, the game remains playable but the board is labeled Unranked.

Daily progress

Daily completion is tied to your account. Complete Easy, Medium and Hard for the same game before the UTC day changes to complete that game’s Daily set and extend its Daily Streak.

Troubleshooting

  1. Reload the page if a deployment has just completed and your browser still has older assets.
  2. Make sure JavaScript and cookies are enabled if Google sign-in or saved results are not working.
  3. On touch devices, start gestures inside the board rather than from the browser edge.
  4. If Rankings are temporarily unavailable, continue playing and start a new ranked puzzle once verification returns.

If a problem is reproducible, note the game, difficulty, device/browser and what action happened immediately before the issue. That information makes gameplay bugs much easier to isolate.
