The objective

Guide yourself and a delayed Echo to separate goals. Every accepted move is replayed a few turns later, so a safe move now can break the timeline when your past catches up.

Rules and controls

  1. Step 1. Move the purple Player to the purple goal. Every accepted direction is stored and repeated by the cyan Echo after the displayed delay.
  2. Step 2. A move is rejected if the Player would hit a wall or the Echo. If the Echo later copies a move into a wall or into the Player, the timeline breaks and you must Reset Puzzle.
  3. Step 3. The moment the Player reaches the purple goal, the Player locks in place and the Echo automatically replays every move still pending.
  4. Step 4. You win only when the Echo finishes on the cyan goal and no moves remain in the queue. Hint suggests the next move on the generated practice route; Solution shows that full route from the start.

Easy, Medium and Hard

Easy

6×6 · Echo 2 steps behind

Medium

8×8 · Echo 3 steps behind

Hard

10×10 · Echo 4 steps behind

Difficulty on Snapoki is designed to change the reasoning pressure, not simply enlarge the board. Harder levels may add deeper route dependencies, fewer clues, more deceptive choices or a higher true minimum solution length depending on the game.

Strategy that helps

  • Move the purple Player to the purple goal. Every accepted direction is stored and repeated by the cyan Echo after the displayed delay.
  • A move is rejected if the Player would hit a wall or the Echo. If the Echo later copies a move into a wall or into the Player, the timeline breaks and you must Reset Puzzle.
  • The moment the Player reaches the purple goal, the Player locks in place and the Echo automatically replays every move still pending.

Common mistakes

  • Moving before checking the current constraints.
  • Ignoring how one choice changes the remaining board.
  • Opening Solution too early instead of using a Hint first.

Hints, Solution and ranked play

Hint gives a limited concrete next action and keeps the attempt eligible for ranking with a points penalty. Solution is a study tool: it reveals a complete practice guide on the board, so that attempt becomes practice-only. Starting a New Puzzle returns you to a fresh ranked board when signed in.

Daily Challenge

The Daily Challenge gives every player the same Echo Step board for a given UTC date and difficulty. Complete Easy, Medium and Hard to finish that game’s daily set. A Daily difficulty awards its ranked reward only once per account for that day.
