The objective
Color Connect becomes difficult when several colors compete for the same corridors. A locally perfect short connection can make the entire board impossible later.
Rules and controls
- Step 1. Drag from one colored endpoint to its matching endpoint.
- Step 2. Paths remain after release and may not overlap, cross blocked cells, or pass through another color endpoint. Every open cell must be covered to finish.
- Step 3. Medium and Hard are accepted only after a solver tests alternate routes, dead ends and greedy shortcuts; Hard uses 11 color pairs and deeper route dependencies.
- Step 4. Hint guides a short section of one route. Solution shows all ghost routes at once for practice; colors may be traced in any order.
Easy, Medium and Hard
6×6 · classic routing
9×9 · solver-verified traps
12×12 · 11 colors · deep dependencies
Difficulty on Snapoki is designed to change the reasoning pressure, not simply enlarge the board. Harder levels may add deeper route dependencies, fewer clues, more deceptive choices or a higher true minimum solution length depending on the game.
Strategy that helps
- Identify narrow corridors before drawing the obvious short pairs.
- Delay colors with many routing options and solve constrained pairs first.
- Remember that every open cell must be covered, so empty pockets are evidence that an earlier route is wrong.
Common mistakes
- Connecting the closest endpoints immediately.
- Blocking an endpoint behind another completed path.
- Leaving an isolated open cell that no remaining color can cover.
Hints, Solution and ranked play
Hint gives a limited concrete next action and keeps the attempt eligible for ranking with a points penalty. Solution is a study tool: it reveals a complete practice guide on the board, so that attempt becomes practice-only. Starting a New Puzzle returns you to a fresh ranked board when signed in.
Daily Challenge
The Daily Challenge gives every player the same Color Connect board for a given UTC date and difficulty. Complete Easy, Medium and Hard to finish that game’s daily set. A Daily difficulty awards its ranked reward only once per account for that day.
